In Miami Real Estate we belive that keeping our city clean is a Priority.
How many flyers, concert promotion, foreclosure homes, garage sale post, nightclub flyers, business advertising on how much money we can make from home, etc. etc. do we daily on our streets?? Tired of handbills and signs littering our city??
To continue Reading this article in spanish click the following: Propiedad Para La Venta Our Miami Dade commissioners are controlling this problem with the new ordinance past last month. Businesses will be fined $100 per day for littering, plus $50 for each handbill discarded on city streets.
Currently our commissioners are working on amending the ordinance so it doesn’t include noncommercial signs.. For example flyers of lost pets, missing children, temporary directions for private parties, etc will not be included. A separate ordinance will to written pertaining to theses issues.
We should be proud to know that every day our city improves in every way to become one of the major cities of the world!
